IF YOU NEED TO RETURN MERCHANDISE TO MTE:
- Call our Accessory Customer Service Department @ 800-356-8134 for a Return Goods Authorization
Number.
You may return an item for any reason within 30 days from date of receipt, after calling our Accessory Customer Service Department for prior approval, for a full refund, less shipping & handling charges. EXCEPTIONS: Special Order Items.
- Returns must be in:
- Brand new, mint condition
- The original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials such as instruction
booklets, styrofoam inserts, plastic bags and the original unfilled warranty card. Manufacturer’s
labeled packaging must be enclosed within a shipping carton. (If damage occurred during transit, do
not throw away the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with them.)
- The same model year as the product model year.
All authorized returns will ONLY be credited to the credit card used for the purchase (no checks
will be issued).
- In addition to the information which you have given our Accessory Customer Service Department
when you called, please include:
- A copy of your original invoice
- A note explaining the reason for the return
- Request for a refund or an exchange.
(This is in addition to the information given to the customer representative when you called to
request approval.)
- Returned items must be sent freight prepaid. Returns send C.O.D or "shipping charges collect"
will be refused. Credit can be given only for items that we receive; therefore, to avoid any
complications, please be sure to insure your return shipment.
ALL RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THE TERMS OF THE MTE RETURN POLICY OUTLINED ABOVE, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A
MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE, IF ACCEPTED.
