RETURN POLICY:

MONROE TRUCK EQUIPMENT, INC. (MTE) EXTENDS A HASSLE-FREE, 30 DAY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON ALL ACCESSORIES (EXCLUDING SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS).

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN MERCHANDISE TO MTE:
  1. Call our Accessory Customer Service Department @ 800-356-8134 for a Return Goods Authorization Number.
  2. You may return an item for any reason within 30 days from date of receipt, after calling our Accessory Customer Service Department for prior approval, for a full refund, less shipping & handling charges. EXCEPTIONS: Special Order Items.

  3. Returns must be in:
    1. Brand new, mint condition
    2. The original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials such as instruction booklets, styrofoam inserts, plastic bags and the original unfilled warranty card. Manufacturer’s labeled packaging must be enclosed within a shipping carton. (If damage occurred during transit, do not throw away the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with them.)
    3. The same model year as the product model year.
  1. All authorized returns will ONLY be credited to the credit card used for the purchase (no checks will be issued).

  2. In addition to the information which you have given our Accessory Customer Service Department when you called, please include:
    1. A copy of your original invoice
    2. A note explaining the reason for the return
    3. Request for a refund or an exchange.

    4. (This is in addition to the information given to the customer representative when you called to request approval.)
  1. Returned items must be sent freight prepaid. Returns send C.O.D or "shipping charges collect" will be refused. Credit can be given only for items that we receive; therefore, to avoid any complications, please be sure to insure your return shipment.

ALL RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THE TERMS OF THE MTE RETURN POLICY OUTLINED ABOVE, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE, IF ACCEPTED.
